The well-known actress Toyin Abraham gave details when she opened a food bank to give N5,000 and food to fifty people every Friday.
The actress pledged to help the less fortunate in order to alleviate some of the country’s continued suffering and inflation.
She noted that through this, many blessings would come from God, her creator, building capacity in Christianity and doing more good to people without boundaries.
She explained that she and a few of her friends came up with the idea in a statement on her Twitter page, and as a result, every Friday she would be helping fifty people by giving them N5,000 for a meal and transportation.
She distributed a pamphlet with the following information captioned on it:
Every Friday, my friends @Smallyfares and I will distribute food, and I will also give the first 50 people who arrive $5,000 each for transportation. “For additional information, please refer to the flyer above.”
She also noted that, including the aforementioned, our creator tasks each and every one of us to do the most needful for society; however, it is our duty as Christians to do that.
