A QUEEN’S GUARD yelled at a visitor for approaching his horse too closely.

Footage from the London altercation shows the mother riding her horse towards the officer before smiling for the camera.

She then raises her hand to grasp the reins, which look to startle the horse.

The soldier cries back, “Stand back from the Queen’s lifeguard, don’t touch the reins!”

The shocked woman leaps and clutches her chest in astonishment.

This sparked an out our of mixed reactions online.

Another person wrote: “This isn’t Disneyland. They are military men who must not be trifled with.”

“God, he could have stated it a little calmer,” remarked a third.

“This location is very crowded with tourists, and the soldiers on Guard duty must occasionally yell loudly to alarm members of the public if they go too close to the horses, as happened in this case.”

“We have notices up alongside the horse boxes warning that the horses bite and would always advise the public not to approach horses, as they are animals and may be unpredictable.”
