Tom Springfield wife: Was Tom Springfield married?

The wife of Tom Springfield Tom’s married life is unknown since he chose to keep his personal life private.

Springfield largely withdrew from the music industry as both a composer and singer after a 1970 duet song with his sister Dusty, “Morning Please Don’t Come.”

Springfield was a founding member of the Pedini Brothers, a singing group that existed from 1952 until 1955. They sang mostly Latin American music, as well as Russian songs modified by Tom from his course material. Nick Bowyer, a colleague, wrote: “Tom was an expert pianist and guitarist who played both by ear. On stage, he also performed ragtime piano solos. We were together from 1952 through 1955, but only intermittently due to National Service.”

In 1977, he legally changed his name from Dionysius Patrick O’Brien to Tom Springfield by deed poll. He stayed in the United States for a time before returning to London till his death.

Springfield died on July 27, 2022, at the age of 88, in his residence in London.
