Todd Truley’s most well-known career was as an actor in television dramas. Truley played playing parts on “ER” (1994-2009), “The Practice” (ABC, 1996-2004), and “Strong Medicine” (Lifetime, 1999-2005).

He also appeared in “Gilmore Girls” (2000-07). Throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, he continued to work steadily in television dramas, including cameos on “Homeland” and “Army Wives” (Lifetime, 2006–2013).

2011- (Showtime). Truley has focused on acting in films in recent years, appearing with Hugh Jackman in the crime drama “Grudge Match” (2013) and “Prisoners” (2013). He also worked in television around this time, making one appearance on “Nashville” (ABC, 2012-). The most recent time Truley was seen was in 2015’s “The Longest Ride” dramatization with Britt Robertson.
