twice-graded winner Tizway, a 13-year stud stand owner in America, Australia, South Korea, and Turkey, passed away. The 19-year-old son of Tiznow passed away on March 2, according to trainer and bloodstock agent Murat Sancal of Lexington.

Tizway died due to a heart attack. Sancal claimed that at the time of the heart attack, Tizway was getting ready to procreate. All told, Sancal predicted that Tizway would have sired roughly 400 foals in Turkey.

The obituary information of Tizway is currently not accessible. Tizway retired in 2012 to stand as a stud at Lexington’s Spendthrift Farm, where he shuttled to Australia and stood for six years.
He was shipped to South Korea in 2017, and when Sancal and Sean Nix mediated a contract, Turkey’s Nimet Arif Kurtel bought him in 2019.
