Minnesota-based TikTok comedian Joe Muchlinski, known by his username @VonViddy, has tragically passed away at the age of 32 due to suicide.
The news was confirmed by his sister, Martha Muchlinski, who shared the heartbreaking announcement in a TikTok video on her own page.
In the video, Martha expressed that her brother had been battling mental illness for an extended period and that he had unfortunately lost the battle.
She hoped that Joe had found peace now that his struggle had come to an end. She aimed to offer closure to his fans and anyone who followed his content.
Just prior to news of his passing, Joe had uploaded his final TikTok video, a platform on which he was known for sharing comedy and music clips with his 170,000 followers.
In this last video, he expressed his desire to be remembered as a creator of content that brought joy to people’s lives, both through videos and music.
He also hoped to be remembered as a camp counselor who created happy memories for children.
