Thorbjørn Harr is a 48-year-old Norwegian actor best known for his role in the historical drama series Vikings.

Harr joined the National Theatre in Oslo in 1998 after completing his studies at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre.
He has appeared in numerous of Jo Strmgren’s plays, including There, which was named the greatest play of 2002 by the Hedda Award. He had performed in over 20 National Theatre plays as of January 2007.
In 1991, he made his television debut in Norway with the short film Frida. In Mot Moskva, where he played the title role of Vassi and was nominated for an Amanda Award, he made his true film debut.
Later, he played supporting roles in Lille Lrdag in 1995 and a pivotal role in the NRK miniseries Lekestue, which aired in 2002.
