A recent large donation was given to numerous Junior High Schools (JHS) in the Ketu North Municipality by Eric Edem Agbana, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for Ketu North.
Agbana, together with Melvic Technology and other contributors, presented 50 computers at a special ceremony held at Klenormadi JHS on February 5, 2024.
Agbana emphasized the significance of giving all schools the required teaching and learning resources while expressing his commitment to promoting education in the area.
Appreciative of the assistance from collaborators and other contributors, he requested more support for the good of the community.
During the handover ceremony, Agbana spoke to the crowd and expressed his happiness, saying, “I am very happy to be here with you, my fellow constituents, again today.
Today is important because we are coming together to provide computers to different schools in our community, which we adore. Every element of our existence depends on education, and we cannot do it without IT.”
“Therefore, we have donated these desktop computers to empower our diligent students for their betterment,” he said, highlighting the donation’s goal.
Agbana’s dedication to improving education and its cooperation with funders and technological partners demonstrate a step in the right direction for increasing learning possibilities for kids in Ketu North.
