The Sharks Season 7: UPSHS never gave up; They show St. Louis the exit

The Senior Sharks Quiz has always been a platform that showcases the tenacity, resilience, and steely resolve of the participating schools. Season 7 of the competition has been no different, with intense contests and thrilling victories.

One school that has stood out for their exceptional performance is University Practice SHS (UPSHS) located in Cape Coast. In a recent match against St. Louis SHS from Kumasi, UPSHS displayed remarkable determination and skill.

Despite a slow start in the first round, UPSHS made a massive turnaround in the subsequent rounds, eventually securing victory in the final minutes of the contest. St. Louis SHS, known for their strong academic prowess, put up a tough fight but couldn’t match the resilience shown by UPSHS.

The competition heated up in the various rounds, with UPSHS and St. Louis SHS going head-to-head in categories like reading, writing, arithmetic, and STEM. UPSHS showcased their superior brainpower and strategic thinking, outperforming their opponents in crucial rounds.

The final showdown in the one-on-one round was intense, with students from both schools demonstrating their expertise in English, Math, Science, and General Knowledge. In the end, UPSHS emerged victorious with a final score of 105 points, leaving St. Louis SHS trailing behind with 90 points.

The Senior Sharks Quiz, organized by the Academic Talent Development Program and produced by Adesa Production Limited, continues to be a platform for young minds to showcase their academic abilities.
