The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, recently visited the Tatale/Sanguli constituency in the Northern Region to showcase the road infrastructure projects undertaken by the government.
Dr Bawumia highlighted the completion of a 167km road linking Tatale to Yendi and Tamale, emphasizing the government’s commitment to fulfilling its promises to the people.
During a community engagement event in Tatale, Dr Bawumia assured the gathering that the NPP government had significantly improved access to essential services in the constituency. He mentioned the increase in the number of communities connected to the national electricity grid, the installation of new boreholes to address water challenges, and the upcoming construction of an Agenda 111 hospital in the area.
Dr Bawumia urged the residents of Tatale/Sanguli to trust in the NPP’s dedication to their development and to support his presidential bid in the upcoming elections. He compared the progress made during his tenure as Vice President to that of his predecessor, highlighting the government’s efforts to bolster the region’s infrastructure and services.
As the campaign season heats up, Dr Bawumia promised even more significant advancements in Tatale/Sanguli if elected as President. He pointed to the administration’s track record of progress in the region and pledged to continue prioritizing the constituency’s growth and prosperity.
