The Kid Laroi, born Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, is an Australian rapper, singer, and songwriter.
His fame was further escalated when Columbia Records and Lil Bibby’s Grade A Productions both signed him in 2020.

The 19-year-old singer was born in Waterloo, New South Wales, Australia to parents who are no strangers to the global music industry.
His father Nick Howard works professionally as a music producer and sound engineer. He has worked with successful Australian talents such as Delta Goodrem and Bardot.
Howard’s mother Sloane, on the other hand, works as a talent manager and music executive. She has also worked with some great artists in the Australian music industry. His father was however not present in his life while he was growing up so his uncle took up the responsibility of raising him.
He was unfortunately killed in 2015.
Howard decided to stay on the straight and narrow path after the death of his uncle to avoid suffering the same fate.
Howard’s childhood became more disorganized when his parents divorced when he was four years old. According to Howard, his mother occasionally sold narcotics to make ends meet for the family.
