A horrific mass shooting in Cleveland, Texas, that claimed the lives of five people, including an eight-year-old child, has finally come to a close. Francisco Oropesa, a 38-year-old man and undocumented immigrant, was arrested by the Border Patrol Tactical Unit in the Cleveland region. Sources who spoke to Fox News stated that the arrest was made just an hour and a half after the FBI received a tip.

Oropesa is accused of killing five of his neighbors in Cleveland on April 28 after one of them asked him to stop firing a rifle in his yard so a baby could sleep. San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers confirmed that Oropesa was found hiding underneath laundry. Capers added that Oropesa, who has previously been deported at least four times, will be charged with five counts of murder and will live out his life behind bars. The family of the victims can now rest easy knowing that justice has been served, and the $80,000 reward will go to the individual who called in the tip that led to an arrest.
