This is the terrifying moment a youngster strolled down the street with her assailant just seconds before he strangled her and dumped her corpse.
Lily Sullivan, 18, was discovered nude in a pond in Pembroke, Wales, after rejecting Lewis Haines’ sexual advances.
After meeting in a nightclub, she was seen going through the peaceful neighborhoods with the 31-year-old.
In her final moments, Lily may be seen conversing with her killer and handing him her purse.
The couple then went to an alleyway, where they grew more personal until the girl rejected Haines.
He choked Lily to “quiet” her and “forcefully” removed her lace top before tossing her into the river.
Further surveillance footage shows Haines walking by Lily’s unknowing mother as he flees the murder scene.
Anna Sullivan may be seen looking at the killer as he drives past her car as she waits to pick up her kid in a neighboring garage.
Lily had contacted her mother at 2.47 a.m., assuring her: “I’ll be there right away, ma’am. I’m already on my way. I’ll be there in a few minutes. I’m almost there.”
The conversation was then cut off mid-sentence as Haines pounced, with Anna desperately trying to contact her daughter back 30 times.
