Tapio Pulkkanen is a Finnish professional golfer, who plays on the European Tour. He won the 2015 Nordic Golf League and the 2017 Challenge Tour Order of Merit. He is noted for wearing a trilby hat.

In 2015, Pulkkanen competed in the Nordic Golf League, winning five tournaments and topping the Order of Merit. Returning to the Challenge Tour in 2016 was another letdown, with the best placing of 30th.
His 2017 Challenge Tour season began with a second-place result in the Turkish Airlines Challenge, followed by a second-place finish in the D+D Real Czech Challenge. Later that year, he won his first tournament, the Kazakhstan Open, in a playoff with Chase Koepka.
Pulkkanen finished third in the Joburg Open in December 2017, tied with Shaun Norris. The tournament was part of the Open Qualifying Series, and three spots for the 2018 Open Championship were available.
