Suzanne Wolff, who was born in the United Kingdom on 6 December 1982, is a former professional racing driver.
She became Team Principal for Venturi Racing in the Formula E championship in 2018. In 2021, she received a promotion that led to her being the CEO of the company. In August 2022, immediately following the conclusion of Season 8 in South Korea, she made the announcement that she would be leaving both Venturi and Formula E.
Wolff started driving go-karts at the young age of eight, and in 1996, she was honored as the best British woman kart racing driver. She participated in a variety of karting competitions during the year 1997, winning the majority of them.
Wolff made history in the 2014 British Grand Prix at Silverstone when she became the first woman to participate in a Formula One race weekend in 22 years. In 2012, she was contracted by Williams in Formula One to work as a development driver for the team. Wolff made the announcement that she was retiring from motorsport on November 4th, 2015, with her final race being the Race of Champions conducted at the end of November.
