Vincent Sennen “Sunny” Garcia is an American professional surfer. He grew up in Waianae, Hawaii, and, after leaving school, debuted on the 1986 Gotcha Pro at Sandy Beach, Oahu, beating the 1984 champ Tom Carroll.
