American professional golfer Stewart Ernest Cink was born in Huntsville, Alabama, on May 21, 1973.
He spent his childhood in Florence and went to Bradshaw High School there.
After completing his secondary school education in 1991, he obtained a Management degree from Georgia Tech in Atlanta in 1995.
In 1995, Cink made his professional golf debut. After winning the Mexican Open and three tournaments on the Nike Tour, he joined the PGA Tour in 1997.
