Stephen Jones grew up close to Little Rock after being born in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Karen, and the couple has four children: John Stephen, Caroline, Jessica, and Jordan.
Stephen was a fellow Razorback at the University of Arkansas, just like his father. Linebacker Jones enjoyed a stellar collegiate football career, and in 1989, he joined his father’s recently bought Dallas Cowboys franchise as a vice president organization.
