A five-year-old girl has passed away after being bitten by a snake in her father’s house, which is said to be home to 40 snakes.
The removal of the reptiles from the home in Bihar, India, is captured on camera after one of the animals bit the toddler.
Despite being taken urgently to North Dinajpur Raiganj Hospital, the medical staff was unable to save her.
Following a search for the snake, a snake charmer allegedly discovered 40 of them inside the residence.
All of them were captured and later released into a nearby forest.
