Several temples have allegedly been vandalized in the last two weeks, according to Ritesh Tandon, the Democratic candidate seeking to represent California’s 17th Congressional District in the US House.
He criticized Senator Aisha Wahab for her alleged silence following the attacks on the California temples. He remarked to Ms. Wahab, “It might be the time to consider a recall.”
We staged a protest demonstration in front of Senator Wahab’s office today to express our want to speak with her or her staff. Regretfully, even though it was a working day and inside office hours, the office was closed.
He posted on X, the platform that was once known as Twitter, saying, “This situation highlights the use of your tax dollars and suggests it might be time to consider a recall.”
This occurred just after Ms. Wahab denounced the attack on the Californian temples last week. The continuous destruction of Hindu temples throughout the Bay Area needs to end. In our community, such hatred has no place,” the speaker declared.
