Sinia Mihajlovi, born on 20 February 1969, was a Serbian football manager and player. He was a defender or midfielder during his football career.
From 1991 to 2003, he gained 63 games and scored 10 goals for Yugoslavia, including his first four caps in 1991 for SFR Yugoslavia, and he competed in the 1998 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2000 tournaments.
Many consider him to be one of the finest free-kick takers of all time, and he owns the Serie A record for most goals from free kicks with 28 goals. From May 2012 to November 2013, he was also the coach of the Serbia national football team.

Mihajlovic was diagnosed with a particularly severe type of cancer in 2019 and received three rounds of chemotherapy as well as a bone marrow transplant to combat it.
However, after a recurrence, he disclosed in March that he would be undergoing more medical treatment.
“My recuperation following the transplant of bone marrow in 2019 was outstanding, but regrettably, these illnesses are cunning,” he stated at a news conference.
Mihajlovi was married to Arianna Rapaccioni, a former Italian television personality, with whom he had five children: three sons and two girls.
Mihajlovi publicly declared on 13 July 2019 that he had been diagnosed with an acute type of leukemia, yet he continued to manage Bologna.
After three sessions of chemotherapy, he had a bone marrow transplant.
