Shoichiro Toyoda was a famous Japanese business executive born on February 27, 1925, in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, to Kiichiro Toyoda and his wife Hatako Toyoda.
He served as chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation from 1992 to 1999, as well as chairman of the influential Japan Business Federation from 1994 to 1998.
He sadly passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. He is said to have passed away from heart failure, at the age of 97.
