Jimmy Kibaki is the son of the late Mwai Kibaki and Lucy Kibaki. He has three other siblings namely Judy, David and Tony.
He studied at St. Mary’s School before graduating from Salve Regina University with a degree in political science and administration.
He is a businessman and currently the chairman of Odibets, a local Kenyan based sports betting firm. However they have made strides to establish themselves in other African countries.

Jimmy and Sherly Anne have three children together. Mwai Kibaki Jr, who was named after Jimmy’s late father and former president of Kenya Emlilio Mwai Kibaki, Sean Andrew and Emma Ngini are the names of the couples’ three children.
