Before the performance, he created a video in which he pleaded for forgiveness and peace from all of his coworkers and friends.
He also apologized to his bosses, including Bulldog. He invited Yaa Pono, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, and their followers to attend the program and help make it a success, and he advised them that they should make peace for the sake of Christmas.
He also invited ex-militants from his group to perform with him.
