Attorneys representing Sean “Diddy” Combs, the renowned music executive and entrepreneur also known as Puff Daddy or P. Diddy, have filed a motion urging a New York court to dismiss parts of a civil suit accusing him of sexual assault and revenge porn.
The suit, brought by Joi Dickerson-Neal, alleges that Combs intentionally drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991 when she was a college student.
Additionally, it claims that Combs filmed the assault and shared it with others.
