He represents Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district in the US.
From 2013 until 2019, it had the 4th district’s designation.
It comprises York, Harrisburg, and the majority of the inner suburbs.
Scott Perry’s Early life and Education
At age 7, his family relocated to Dillsburg, Pennsylvania.
He earned his diplomas from Cumberland-Perry Vo-Tech School in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and Northern High School in Dillsburg in 1980.
Perry graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in business administration and management in 1991.
He graduated with a master’s in strategic planning from the US Army War College in July 2012.
Scott Perry’s Military service
In 1980, Perry enlisted in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard to start his military career.
He completed advanced individual training at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and basic training at Fort Dix, New Jersey. He is a technical drafting specialist.
After completing the Officer Candidate School in Pennsylvania, he was appointed a second lieutenant in the Field Artillery.
