Scott Gordon Perry is an American politician. He is the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district. It was numbered the 4th district from 2013 to 2019. It includes Harrisburg, York, and most of the inner suburbs.

Perry began his military career in 1980 when he enlisted in the Pennsylvania army national guard. he attended basic training at fort dix, new jersey, and graduated from advanced individual training at fort Belvoir, Virginia, as a technical drafting specialist.
He graduated from Pennsylvania’s officer candidate school and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the field artillery.
