Sarah-Jane Redmond parents: Who are her father and mother?

British actor and acting coach Sarah-Jane Redmond presently resides in Canada. She has participated in stage, screen, and television productions, typically portraying science fiction characters. Redmond was born in Cyprus, where her father was stationed as a member of the Royal Air Force. Her family moved to the English Lake District when she was ten years old before emigrating to Canada.

In British Columbia, she has taught acting at the New Image College of Fine Arts and directed theatre shows. She has collaborated on a number of parts with screenwriter Chris Carter, who has cast her in a number of his television shows. Her most well-known performance was as Lucy Butler on the television show Millennium (1997–1999).

Redmond played her first television character in an episode of The X-Files. She met director David Nutter and writer Chris Carter through this, and they eventually gave her a recurring role in the television series Millennium and a part in the 2008 film The X-Files: I Want to Believe. Smallville, The Outer Limits, Dark Angel, Harsh Realm, and Andromeda are a few of the science fiction television series in which she has previously appeared.

In Vancouver, British Columbia, Redmond also instructed acting at the New Image College of Fine Arts. In 2011, while she was a professor, she worked with fellow actor Frank Cassini to direct the college’s production of the Stephen Adly Guirgis drama The Last Days of Judas Iscariot.
