Sarah-Jane Redmond is a British actor and acting instructor who now resides in Canada. She has been in theatre, television, and film projects, frequently playing characters from science fiction. When her father served in the Royal Air Force, he was stationed in Cyprus, where Redmond was born. When she was ten years old, her family relocated to the Lake District in England before immigrating to Canada.
