The National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, Salam Mustapha, is gearing up to make a significant impact in the Ashanti Region with an upcoming youth campaign.

The goal is to rally the youth in support of the party’s presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, with the ultimate aim of securing victory in the 2024 elections.

Beginning on Wednesday, April 17 and running through Saturday, April 20, the youth wing will embark on a tour of 16 constituencies in the Ashanti Region. The team, consisting of regional and constituency youth organizers, TESCON executives, and officers from the national secretariat, will be led by Salam Mustapha.

The tour will kick off in the Ejisu constituency, where the youth wing will advocate for overwhelming support for the New Patriotic Party in the upcoming by-election. During the visits to all the constituencies, the team will highlight the positive impact of the Nana Addo-Bawumia government on the youth of Ghana and emphasize why Dr. Bawumia deserves to be elected in the 2024 polls.

Meetings will also be held with various youth groups in the region to strategize and plan for upcoming campaigns. This will be the second tour of its kind, following a successful visit to the Upper West Region. Similar tours are expected to take place across the country in the near future.
