Sade, Helen Folasade Adu is a 63-year-old Nigerian-born British singer. She is one of the most successful British female artists in history, and her effect on modern music is widely acknowledged.

According to him, the transitioning process from female to male takes a heavy toll on one’s emotions.
“This process is trying, tiring, painful, emotionally exhausting, physically exhausting, uncomfortable (like I can’t sleep like a normal human being rn lol) I often ask myself ‘why the fuck do I have to endure this to be who I am,’” he wrote. “But at the end of the day this is the path that was laid out for me and I’ll walk it to the end,” he shared in an Instagram post.
