The South Korean professional golfer and LPGA Tour player Ryu Hae-ran aka Hae Ran Ryu has five wins on the LPGA of Korea Tour. She is 22 years old and was born on March 23, 2001, in Seoul, South Korea. She was a top amateur in Korea and won the 2018 Korean Women’s Amateur. She qualified for the 2016 U.S. Women’s Open but missed the cut.
Hae Ran Ryu won the 2022 LPGA Q-Series to join the LPGA Tour in 2023. She became the third player from Korea to take medalist honors at LPGA Q-Series, joining Lee Jeong-eun in 2018 and An Na-rin in 2021. She finished tied 7th in her debut, at the LPGA Drive On Championship. She was in contention at the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open and finished in 8th place.
