Rot-Weiss Essen Faces Another Player Departure
Rot-Weiss Essen is gearing up to say goodbye to yet another player, adding to the total of ten departures from the club. The latest departure is German-born Ghanaian defender, Aaron Manu, as reported by the WAZ newspaper.
Despite joining Rot-Weiss Essen (RWE) at the start of the current season, Aaron Manu’s time at the club has been marred by a series of injuries, resulting in limited playing time with only one appearance in the 3rd tier and a few games in the national cup.
Although under contract with RWE until 2025, the club is looking to part ways with the defender. To expedite the termination of the contract, Rot-Weiss Essen (RWE) will need to either find a buyer for Aaron Manu or be prepared to pay significant compensation fees. The future of the defender hangs in the balance as both the club and player contemplate their next moves.
