Ghanaian forward Ropapa Mensah put on a spectacular performance over the weekend, leading his team Chattanooga Red Wolves to a 4-2 victory over CV Fuego in the USL League One. Mensah, who started the game, scored a hat-trick during the Round 1 encounter.
In the 14th minute, Mensah displayed great composure as he netted his first goal of the night. Just four minutes later, he provided an assist to Lucas Coutinho, who also found the back of the net. Mensah continued his goal-scoring spree with two more goals in the 69th and 90th minutes, completing his hat-trick in sensational fashion.
Despite CV Fuego managing to score two goals of their own, they were unable to match the performance of Mensah and his teammates, ultimately losing 4-2.
The victory marks an explosive start to the season for Mensah, and fans will surely be looking forward to seeing what he has in store for the rest of the campaign.
