Rodrigo Alberto de Jess Chaves Robles is a Costa Rican politician and the country’s president-elect currently.
He was born on June 10, 1961. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
Prior to his nomination as minister, he was the World Bank’s country director for Indonesia, as well as other nations in America, Europe, and Asia.
Chaves previously served as Minister of Finance under Carlos Alvarado Quesada’s presidency.
