British professional Latin and Ballroom dancer, best known for his appearances in the BBC television series Strictly Come Dancing Robin Windsor has sadly passed away.
Robin Windsor Cause of death
Robin Windsor died at the age of 44, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. His death was announced by the international Ballroom & Latin dance company, Burn The Floor in the early hours on Facebook, sharing: “The Burn the Floor family has lost one of its founding members, Robin “Bobby” Windsor – who has tragically passed away.
“A BTF journeyman he danced with us for twenty years – including Broadway, The West End, and all our crazy adventures around the world.
“His stunning image attached with Jessica Raffa defined our company, as colorful, extreme, and sensual.
“His talent, attitude, energy, and personality helped create the Burn the Floor stage reputation.
“He leaves a void in our hearts that will never be filled, yet our wonderful memories will stay forever.”
There was no cause of death stated.
Robin Windsor’s obituary information
Robin Windsor was born in Ipswich, Suffolk, and grew up in the Spring Road area. He attended Clifford Road Primary and Copleston High School. He began dancing at the age of three when his parents took him to the Ipswich School of Dancing. At age 15, Windsor moved to London to pursue his career as a dancer.
