Per reports, she died at the hospital after a prolonged battle with cancer. Patricia was diagnosed with cancer several years ago and after struggling with the canker she gave up on (May 28).
Patricia Brake played characters in Coronation Street, EastEnders, and Emmerdale, as well as the prison comedy-drama Porridge. In the 1970s, she appeared in BBC’s Porridge alongside Ronnie Barker as the star’s on-screen daughter Ingrid Fletcher.
According to reports, the actress married twice in her lifetime. Her first husband, actor Robert McBain, married her nearly six decades ago. Unfortunately, Robert died in 2014 in London, England.
According to rumors, it is unknown what killed him, but he died suddenly after a brief illness.
