Robber of former Chelsea star, Ashley Cole get 30 years jail term

The robber who threatened to ‘cut the fingers’ of former Chelsea star Ashley Cole during a terrifying home invasion has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Ashley Cole is an English first-team coach at Everton and a former footballer who played as a left-back, most notably for Premier League clubs Chelsea and Arsenal. Cole was born  December 20, 1980 (age 41 years), in Stepney, London, United Kingdom.

The robber who was identified as Kurtis Dilks was part of a four-man gang that broke into Ashley Cole’s home. The incident happened on January 21, 2020, in the presence of Cole’s kids.

the culprits denied a string of charges initially. These charges include one charge of conspiracy to commit burglary, four charges of converting criminal property, three charges of conspiracy to commit robbery, and two counts of robbery.

Sources reveal that the same culprit was found guilty of a conspiracy to rob the wife of ex-Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Huddleston in 2019 alongside Ashley Cumberpatch and Andrew Macdonald.
