The comic superstar has made a conscious decision not to father children at all in this life. He characteristically responded humorously to a question posed to him as to why he did not want kids on a stand-up show.
He hilariously said: “The world’s overpopulated. No one’s going oh Rick’s not having kids we’re gonna run out.”
I mean from day one it’s all me, me, me isn’t it? Clothe me. Feed me. It costs an average household in the West $200,000 to bring up a child and you don’t see that back and they don’t want to pay you back,” he continued.
“They’re not grateful. They don’t go ‘oh thanks for having me’ every day they go ‘oh I didn’t wanna be born.’ Even if they get a top job, which they won’t, you’ll never see that money back.”
He also ascribed a final reason saying: “I put food and water in every room in case the door shuts and she’s peckish for twenty minutes. A human baby, oh my god, the responsibility of human life.”
He said these at a comedy show just to make folks laugh but in real life, as stated earlier he has decided not to have kids ever.
