Many of Totti’s brand and business interests, including the Francesco Totti Academy, a football training facility, and the Totti Soccer School, a football camp for children with disabilities, are managed by his brother Riccardo Totti under the name Number Ten.
Riccardo was also Totti’s representative.

Totti took part in the launch of a new campaign in 2009 to promote football adoption of abandoned kids.
Together with the Friends of Children and the Association of Italian Players, this initiative was created. For the project, he recruited a group of roughly 11 young Kenyans, coaching them while they traveled and played football around Nairobi.
Totti and a number of his coworkers took part in “Tennis with Stars” at the Foro Italico in Rome in 2015 as a way to collect money for impoverished children. Flavia Pennetta and Novak Djokovic, two tennis players, were present.
On September 27, 2016, Totti celebrated his 40th birthday live on his new Facebook page in the Tor Crescenza stronghold in Rome.
