Ricardo Jorge da Luz Horta, a professional footballer from Portugal who was born on September 15, 1994, plays right wing for both the Portugal national team and Primeira Liga club Braga.

He was called up by Fernando Santos in May 2022 for forthcoming 2022–2023 UEFA Nations League games, and he played for 20 minutes in the 1–1 draw with Spain in Seville on June 2 and scored for his team. In November, he was included in the final roster for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. He began the final match, starting a 2-1 loss to South Korea in Al Rayyan after a cross from Diogo Dalot because the country had already qualified from their group.
