| Stonebwoy performing at One Africa Music Fest |
Okay, so I have seen Stonebwoy Burniton back and forth on social media concerning his performance at the just ended One Africa Music Fest in New York last Friday.
I get some filla and now, let me give you the rundown about his performance. Many claim he performed for 57 people which makes it look like the whole show flopped but that’s a lie.
In fact, Stonebwoy had a great show but what happened to the attendance was the African time sickness. A girl (not my girlfriend tho), who was at the concert told me that “A lot of people saying he didn’t perform, but he did. They just started the show on time and most came on African time”.

She also said he was the second performer of the night – he came after Praiz.

So it’s the African time factor which caused the low turnout from the start, not that the show flopped. Even if you watch Stone’s performance, you can clearly hear that the reaction from the crowd wasn’t 50 numbers matter – it’s beyond that figure.
Finally, in Wizkid’s performance video, I didn’t hear him ask Stonebwoy to leave the stage. Let’s not spread false rumours.
