The Royal House Chapel International, a Christian denomination, has refuted allegations made by a fetish priest named Osofo Samuel Kojo Bentil Odoom against its founder, Most Reverend Sam Korankye Ankrah, alleging defilement and other sexual misdeeds.
In a widely shared video, the priest accused Most Rev. Korankye Ankrah of using supernatural abilities to establish his church through the defiling of a five-year-old girl and having sex with numerous of his female congregants, particularly the choristers.
However, the church emphasized that Most Rev Korankye Ankrah has not in any way committed any of the claimed crimes in a statement disputing the charges that were signed by its General Secretary, Rev Derek Amanor.
“The Church views these allegations as deeply troubling, purposefully destructive and defamatory. They are perceived as a deliberate and calculated attempt to tarnish the hard-earned reputation of the esteemed Apostle General Sam Korankye Ankrah, and lower him in the estimation of right-thinking members of society,” the statement read.
The statement went on to say that although the church is dedicated to upholding the integrity of Apostle General Sam Korankye Ankrah, the accuser has been pardoned.
