Rashod Bateman, an American football wide receiver for the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens, was born on November 29, 1999.
Bateman attended Tift County High School while growing up in Tifton. In his junior year, Bateman caught 56 passes for 825 yards and five touchdowns. After accepting a scholarship offer from the University of Minnesota the following summer, he committed to playing college football there.

Rashod Bateman witnessed his mother (LaShonda) being physically abused by his step father for ten years. He observed her putting in endless hours at various jobs in an effort to support her children. His step father, whose details are not known was an alcoholic and was arrested at some point.
Bateman and his brothers, Monjharvis and Travian, would take their frustrations to the backyard and play football.
The Ravens rookie selected in the first round is now making amends. Bateman purchased his mother, Lashonda Cromer, a stunning mansion, as he displayed on Instagram.
