Rashaad Armein Penny (born February 2, 1996) is an American football running back for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL).
Rashaad Penny played college football for the San Diego State Aztecs from 2014 to 2017. Penny rushed for 1,018 yards on 136 carries for an average of 7.5 yards per carrying during the 2016 season.
