Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has issued a heartfelt apology to his team as they prepare for their upcoming match against FC Samartex this weekend.
The apology came after an urgent meeting held at Manhyia on Thursday afternoon, initiated by the club’s life patron, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in response to the poor performance of the Porcupine Warriors.
With just one win in their last seven matches in the second half of the ongoing 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, Kotoko is currently struggling to find their footing. In light of this, Ogum took the opportunity to express his remorse to the playing body and urged them to come together in unity as they strive to secure a more respectable position in the league standings.
