Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the head of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, is preparing to take part in the widely reported protest against the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The man of God has sided with the organizers to prevent Ghanaian football from collapsing completely.
“I will be at Obra Spot on Wednesday for the demonstration. We have to save Ghana football; we have to do it now. We have to build the Black Stars on merit because it is the passion of the nation” Prophet Gaisie stressed.
To hold GFA and the Ministry of Youth and Sports accountable, an exercise has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 14.
Prominent journalists such as Saddick Adams, Nana Yaw Kesse, Veronica Commey, and many more will be joining Countryman Songo, the principle organizer.
Gathering at the Obra Spot in Nkrumah Circle at 9 am is scheduled to be the site of the protest, which is being organized under the hashtag #SaveGhanaFootball. Marchers will wind up at Independence Square after going through Accra’s streets.
The protest’s importance and Ghanaians’ resolve to alter the perception of football in their country are underscored by these powerful individuals’ engaging participation.
