Highlife music legend, Nana Acheampong, has refuted claims that he has retired from the music scene.
In a recent interview on Akoma FM’s Saturday Entertainment 360 with Tony Best, the iconic musician revealed that he is still active in the industry, although he admitted to facing challenges in promoting his music.
According to Nana Acheampong, the main issue hindering the promotion of his songs is a change in management, which has affected the effectiveness and visibility of his work. Despite these setbacks, he remains committed to creating music as long as he is able to.
Nana Acheampong also hinted at a potential collaboration with his talented daughter, Gyakie, in the near future.
He expressed his admiration for Gyakie’s musical abilities, stating that singing is her innate talent and that she began honing her skills from a young age.
