The matches between Liverpool and Chelsea at home as well as Leeds United’s trip to Manchester United have been postponed.
The match between Brighton and Crystal Palace was previously postponed due to rail disruptions.
After football was suspended last weekend as a show of respect in the wake of the Queen’s passing, the other league games between September 16 and 18 will go on as scheduled.
The 19th of September will see the funeral for the Queen.
“Following extensive consultation with clubs, police, local safety advisory groups and other relevant authorities, there was no other option but to postpone the three fixtures,” said a Premier League statement.
“The Premier League would like to thank the UK Football Policing Unit and other police forces across the country, as well as our broadcast partners, for their support during this process, and will continue to liaise with them ahead of the weekend.
“For the matches being played during the period of national mourning, tributes will be paid to the Queen at Premier League stadiums.
“New dates for the postponed matches will be announced in due course.”
The game between Brighton and Palace on Saturday will not take place even though a rail strike that day has been delayed in the wake of the Queen’s passing.
The other two games were scheduled to start on Sunday.
