After being injured in a concert stage fall, Post Malone returns to finish the show after a brief delay.
Post Malone sustained apparent rib injuries following a heavy fall on stage during a gig in St. Louis on Saturday night.
Malone was doing “circles” when he stumbled over an uncovered hole in the stage where equipment was being lowered. After the incident, he lay on the stage for many minutes as doctors aided him. He eventually stood and was carried off the platform, but he promised the audience he’d return.
He returned after a 15-minute break and resumed with a shortened set, holding his ribs and visibly wincing at times.
Post Malone’s tour has just begun, with dates scheduled from tonight through the middle of November. There have been no updates on his condition or the status of those concerts.

.” When we perform the acoustic portion of the act, the guitars on the guitar stand fall and there’s this big ass hole, so I go around there, turn the corner, and blow my ass… “It got to me pretty well,” he said.
“We just got back from the hospital, everything’s OK — they gave me some pain pills and everything so we can resume kicking ass on the tour,” he said.
